About the Project

Energy Concepts of Southwest Florida provided complete MEP services for the new single-story 18,000 square foot Clubhouse building, the new single-story 4,000 square foot Pool Café building and the new 2,000 square foot Pool Bath building.

Mechanical systems consisted of Rooftop (RTU) HVAC Systems with Dedicated Outside Air Systems (DOAS) with ducted supply and return to the individual spaces . 

Electrical design consisted of interior and exterior lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm system design. 

Plumbing design consisted of domestic water (hot, cold, and recirculation), sanitary/waste, vent, storm water, indirect waste, and natural gas piping systems.
