About the Project

Energy Concepts of Southwest Florida provided complete MEP services for this new three-story, multi-modality, 51,000-square-foot medical/office building. 

Mechanical systems consisted of VRF HVAC Systems with Dedicated Outside Air Systems (DOAS) with ducted supply and return to the individual spaces.

Electrical design consisted of interior and exterior lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm system design. 

Plumbing design consisted of domestic water (hot, cold and recirculation), sanitary/waste, vent, storm water, indirect waste , vacuum, compressed air, and medical gas piping systems.
